RETURN POLICY

IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU’RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR MERCHANDISE.

We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back Software, Digital or Downloadable Items. Prices paid for Website Design, Website Maintenance and Website Hosting are non-refundable.

When returning an item, it must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s box, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s box, do not tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Returns will not be accepted unless it’s sealed in their original packaging.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the AsaniAli.Org invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as AsaniAli.Org cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@asaniali.org.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

AsaniAli.Org does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund and place a new order with us at any time.
